IND vs ENG 1st ODI Probable 11: Rohit Sharma-led India and Jos Buttler-led England will square off in the first three-match ODI series at Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Nagpur on Thursday.
The visitors are keen to bounce back from their 1-4 defeat in the T20Is while India will be looking forward to Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli regaining their form ahead of the Champions Trophy 2025.
With England having already named their playing 11, it will be interesting how Indian management will pick the playing 11 as the question over the wicketkeeper slot, with Rishabh Pant and KL Rahul in contention.
They also have troubles in spin bowling all-rounders as they have to pick two out of Jadeja, Axar Patel and Washington Sundar.
With the likes of Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer will be filling the batting line up, Hardik Pandya will be closing the all-rounders spot.
