The England players Jos Buttler and Jofra Archer is set to miss England’s ODI tri-series in Pakistan later this month. Buttler missed out with a hamstring injury during the 2nd ODI against Sri Lanka, while Archer has been rested due to workload management.
Meanwhile, leg spinner Adil Rashid will be returning to the England squad after missing The Three Lions’ 2-1 ODI series win against Sri Lanka.
Meanwhile, Sam Curran will also be back in the squad after recovering from a groin injury.
On the other hand, Mason Crane has been recalled to the England squad after eight years. Crane has played two T20Is was picked the Ashes against Australia in January 2018. He remained uncapped in ODI format.
Meanwhile, the uncapped sussex duo James Coles and Henry Crocombe, have been part of England’s white-ball squad, have been named in the squad.

England Men national selector Marcus North said, the tri-series will be best opportunity for the squad to assess in different conditions.
“Adil Rashid and Sam Curran return to the squad following their respective injuries while Jofra Archer has been rested to manage his workload following a busy summer.”
“Mason Crane has been performing consistently for Glamorgan across both formats during the summer. He’s an experienced, high-class leg-spinner who thoroughly deserves another opportunity at international level.”
The Tri-series also featuring Sri Lanka, will be played in Rawalpindi and Lahore. The double round robin will begin on October 18 before the top two teams square off in the final scheduled to be played at Gaddafi Stadium on October 31.
