RCB bowler Renuka Singh dismissed Delhi Capitals opener Shafali Verma during the WPL 2025 clash played on February 15 at Vadodara.
Renuka Singh who excelled during the opener match picking two wickets in the match, started her count by dismissing Shafali. Before the ongoing match, she has played 17 WPL matches and has 5 wickets.
After being put to bat first, Delhi Capitals fielded Meg Lanning and Shafali Verma to open the innings.
Shafali who smashed an aggressive 43 runs off 18 deliveries during their opener match against Mumbai Indians dimissed on the very first ball she faced against RCB.

Earlier RCB Women won the toss and opted to bat. speaking at the toss Smriti Mandhana said, “Would like to field first. Dew has been a big factor in last couple of games. We’ve seen the wicket play better after first 6-7 overs.”
“Few things we could work on in terms of bowling and fielding. We had two good practice sessions. WPL isn’t like a long tournament that you have time to come back. Have to start well. One change for us. Ekta comes in.”
