“We visit Pakistan soon”, says Virat Kohli in a chat with a Pakistan fan

Without any doubt, Indian star batter Virat Kohli has a huge fan base from all around the world. Irrespective of the sports and nation, Virat Kohli remains an icon for many youngsters across the worldwide sports community.

Apart from his unbelievable records and stats, Virat Kohli is widely appreciated for the dedication he shows towards his game. Many current, and former cricketers and cricket experts still praise the fitness level he maintains at the age of 35.

Virat Kohli who usually maintains a healthy relationship with his fans once again proved his kindness by fulfilling a Pakistani fan’s request. Kohli once again went viral after a video of him having a chat with Pakistani mountaineer Shehroze Kashif via video call was released on social media.

Shehroze Kashif shared this interaction on his Instagram, revealing that the opportunity arose in Nepal in 2022.

He met an Indian national there who admired his work and claimed to have connections with the Indian cricket team. Kashif mentioned his wish to speak with Virat, and to his surprise, the stranger arranged it by messaging Kohli on his behalf.

In his Instagram post, Kashif wrote, “In 2022, I was in Nepal when a stranger, originally from India (of course, I won’t reveal his name to avoid any political issues), praised my work.

He said he had connections with the cricket team, so I jokingly expressed my desire to talk to Virat Kohli. Surprisingly, he messaged Kohli, and I had the chance to chat with him via video call. As a Pakistani, I proudly acknowledge Kohli as the greatest batsman of this era.”

In the video, Kohli can be heard saying, “Give my regards to your family and all your friends. Hopefully, we visit Pakistan soon; everyone’s started visiting now.”
