Indian former Cricketer MS Dhoni who was retained by CSK for the IPL 2024 season went viral on social media right after his images and videos of the training session were released.
MS Dhoni Uses Prime Sports Sticker in His Bat
Apart from the training videos, MS Dhoni’s bat becomes quite sensational which he used during his net session.
MS Dhoni uses “Prime Sports” sticker on his bat which is the name of the sports shop owned by his friend Paramjit who helped him during his early days in cricket. Notably, Paramjit Singh helped MS Dhoni to get his first bat sponsorship.
Apart from his image with Prime Sports stickered bat, another video of him signing a bunch of mini bats also went viral on social media.

With much speculation regarding his participation in the IPL 2024 season, CSK retained MS Dhoni and confirmed his participation in the season. CSK won last season by defeating Gujarat Titans in the IPL 2023 final.
During the 2023 season, rumours regarding his participation in the 2024 edition started to flood when MSD was seen struggling with a knee injury.
Right after the injury update many started to feel that it might be MS Dhoni’s last season. MS Dhoni made a strong point about his participation in the next season during the Qualifier 1 post-match presentation.
Speaking during the post-match presentation ceremony, Dhoni said, “I don’t know, I have 8-9 months to decide. I have ample time to decide. Why take that headache now? The auction is in December. I will always come to CSK. I have been out of home since January, been practising since March, so we will see. I’ll always be there for CSK, where it’s playing or something outside.”
As per the IPL 2024 Schedule, the defending champions Chennai Super Kings(CSK) will play the opening game of the tournament(going by history).
BCCI hosted the IPL 2024 Auction in Dubai on December 19 while November 26 was set as the deadline for the teams to finalise their retention and released players list. Notably, this will be the first time an IPL auction is conducted overseas.
