ICC Men’s ODI Team of the Year 2022: ICC awards the ICC Men’s ODI Team of the Year as an honour awarded each year while the team does not actually compete but exists solely as an honorary entity.
It recognizes the top men’s cricket players from around the world in spite of the playing nations in the ODI format of the game.
ICC Men’s ODI Team of the Year 2022
ICC announced the ICC Men’s ODI Team of the Year 2022 on January 24. Earlier to this ICC announced the ICC Men’s T20I Team of the Year 2022 and ICC Women’s T20I Team of the Year 2022.
Pakistan batter Babar Azam has been named as the captain of the ICC Men’s ODI Team of the Year 2022. India’s Shreyas Iyer and Mohammed Siraj have been named in the list while Australia’s Travis Head and New Zealand’s Trent Boult get in the ICC Men’s ODI Team of the Year 2022 list.
Sikandar Raza who was named in ICC Men’s T20I Team of the Year 2022 also enrolled his name in the ICC Men’s ODI Team of the Year 2022 list. Bangladesh Bowling all-rounder Mehidy Hasan Miraz was also named in the list. Following are the full list of the ICC Men’s ODI Team of the Year 2022:
