Disney+ Hotstar will be live-streaming ICC 2024 Men’s T20 World Cup games for free on its mobile app.
Hotstar to live stream T20 World Cup 2024
The YouTube channel for Disney+ Hotstar shared a promo for the upcoming World Cup and confirmed that the entire tournament will be live-streamed for free on mobile for fans who do not have a Disney+ Hotstar will have to purchase one.
Hotstar had live-streamed tournaments like the 2023 Asia Cup and 2023 ODI World Cup for free in its app.
The ICC T20 World Cup 2024 is set to be held in the United States and Caribbean on June 02. Around 20 teams are taking part in the T20 World Cup with 55 games to be played across the tournament.
Teams have been divided into four groups of five each. Teams like Namibia, Scotland, Oman, Uganda, Papua New Guinea, Netherlands, and Nepal the non-test-playing nations, will also feature in the ICC event.
The top two teams from each group will qualify for the Super 8s tournament. England are the defending champions in the Men’s T20 World Cup after defeating Pakistan by five wickets in the finals of the previous edition.
India will be playing their first match of the T20 World Cup 2024 schedule against Ireland on June 05 at Nassau County International Cricket Stadium.
The most Iconic clash between the rivals India and Pakistan will be held on June 09 in New York. United States and Canada will be playing in the first match of the World Cup campaign on June 02 at Grand Prairie Stadium.
