The KKR batter Ramandeep Singh has admitted that their franchise players do betting during the IPL. He also added that his former KKR captain, Shreyas Iyer has also won a lot on the gaming apps.
During the recent podcast, the 27-year-old batter said that the KKR players place massive bets while playing FIFA and poker, with pots soaring as high as INR 10 lakh at the KKR gaming room during the IPL.
He also mentioned that Nitish Rana, Vaibhav Arora, and Vivek Singh are some of the best FIFA players in the KKR camp. “No one can beat Vivek Singh in FIFA,” said Ramandeep Singh.
The IPL players don’t just play for fun, they bet thousands on every game. The right handed batter has revealed that bets start at INR 20,000-25,000 and it will go to INR 1 lakh per game.

“Yes, we bet a lot on each other. People lose a lot and win a lot. Shreyas plays FIFA very well. Vivek plays very well. No one can beat him. It’s stupid to bet on him. I used to play with Vaibhav and Shreyas. Nitish also plays very well. I used to play with him as well.”
Ramandeep Singh has claimed that Poker has the edge over the FIFA, with the stakes can reach a mind boggling INR 1 lakh to INR 10 lakh per game.
He casually stated, “On FIFA, it’s okay. On poker, the system goes up to INR 10 lakh!” However, Shreyas Iyer has been brought by Punjab Kings in the ongoing IPL 2025, while Nitish Rana joined Rajasthan Royals.
After suffering a defeat in the opener match in the IPL 2025 against RCB, the Kolkata Knight Riders made a stunning comeback after a win against Rajasthan at the Barsapara Stadium in Guwahati.
They secured a comfortable 8-wicket victory against Rajasthan and will play their next match against Mumbai Indians on March 31 at Wankhede Stadium.
