Sri Lanka Women’s Tour of India 2025: The Sri Lanka Cricket Team is scheduled to tour India in December 2025. The tour comprises of five-match T20I series, which will serve as the preparation for the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has confirmed the fixtures of the tour as part of the 2025-26 home season.

This will be the first international assignment for the India Women since their victory campaign in the 2025 Women’s ODI World Cup.

For Sri Lanka Women, it’s a key away-series against a strong, confident side — a chance to challenge the world-class Indian lineup and gain valuable experience.

This will be the first time since 2016 that Sri Lanka Women tour India for a full bilateral T20I series where the hosts secured comfortable 3-0 clean sweep against visitors.

Historically, India has heavily dominated Sri Lanka in T20Is. India has dominated Sri Lanka in the head-to-head record in T20 format having won 20 of the 26 encounters between the teams. Sri Lanka won on five occasions, while one match ended in no result.

As per the INDW vs SLW 2025 schedule, the first match of the series will be played on December 21 at ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium, Visakhapatnam.
