One Day Cup 2026 Squad Players List: England Domestic One Day Cup 2026 (also known for sponsorship reasons as the 2026 Metro Bank One Day Cup) will be the 12th edition of the tournament.
Notably, in 2014, the One Day Cup was introduced as a replacement for the ECB 40 tournament, which ran from 2010 to 2013.
As per the One Day Cup 2026 fixtures, the first match will be played on 21 July, with the final game on 20 September 2026. The tournament will be played in a group stage and knockout format. A total of 77 matches will be played between 18 participating teams.

2026 One Day Cup Teams
The 18 teams will be divided into two groups of nine, with the top three teams in each group advancing to the knockout stage. Worcestershire won last season and engraved their name in the One-Day Cup winner list for the first time.
The 2026 One Day Cup teams are placed into the following groups:
- Group A: Gloucestershire, Kent, Lancashire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire Steelbacks, Nottinghamshire, Somerset, Surrey, Warwickshire
- Group B: Derbyshire Falcons, Durham, Essex, Glamorgan, Hampshire, Middlesex, Sussex, Worcestershire Rapids, Yorkshire
