Sunrisers Hyderabad fast bowler T Natarajan bagged his 50th IPL wicket by dismissing Venkatesh Iyer and Shreyas Iyer in KKR vs SRH clash on March 23.

The left-arm pacer who was a part of the SRH’s squad for the 2024 IPL season is well known for his unplayable yorker. Natarajan once again proved his worth by bagging 2 quick wickets in the first over he bowled against KKR.
Natarajan who bowled the 4th over of the inning dismissed Venkatesh Iyer in the 3rd delivery of the over after the left-hander struck a boundary of the previous delivery.
Venkatesh Iyer who scored 7 runs at that time rushed to hit another boundary but Natarajan did well to shorten his length by a fraction while Iyer ended up chipping the flashy drive straight to the fielder at cover.
In the 5th delivery of the same over, Natarajan dismissed KKR’s skipper Shreyas Iyer for a duck and claimed his 50th IPL wicket.
With back-to-back quick wickets, SRH made their dream start of the season while the pressure started to build over the KKR batters.
But KKR too have a strong batting lineup left in their dugout. With Philip Salt and Nitish Rana in strike, KKR will definitely seek to build a partnership which could push the team’s score to a much safer zone.
With Rinku Singh, Ramandeep Singh, Andre Russell and Mitchell Starc on the list, KKR will definitely make a comeback in the game. While SRH will seek all possibilities to restrict the aggressive KKR batters from scoring big.
As far as the match is concerned, Sunrisers Hyderabad won the toss and opted to bowl first where KKR managed to score 43 runs for 3 wickets in the first powerplay.
