Romario Shepherd Traded to Mumbai Indians From LSG: The Indian Premier League 2024 Auction is scheduled to take place in Dubai on December 19.
As of every IPL Auction, all participating teams will announce their released and retained players list ahead of the auction day. As per a report, IPL teams need to submit the retained and released players list by November 26th.
As of the previous season, BCCI allowed franchises to use the “TRADE” option where teams can exchange players between them.
Romario Shepherd became the first player to be traded ahead of the IPL 2024 Auction. BCCI made the official announcement regarding the trade.
The announcement reads “Romario Shepherd has been traded to Mumbai Indians (MI) from Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) during the ongoing TATA Indian Premier League (IPL) trading window ahead of the TATA IPL 2024”.
Romario Shepherd played 4 IPL matches so far and bagged 3 wickets and scored 58 runs in the Indian Premier League.

IPL 2024 Auction Date: BCCI planned to host the IPL 2024 Auction in Dubai on December 18 or 19. The IPL 2024 Auction will be preceded by the auction for the Women’s Premier League (WPL), expected to take place on December 9.
