Virat Kohli achieved this feat during the RCB’s clash against the Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium. During the process, Virat Kohli also became the second-fastest batter to score 13000 runs in Men’s T20 cricket.

Speaking of the match, Mumbai Indians won the toss and opted to bowl first. Phil Salt and Virat Kohli opened the innings for RCB while Boult opened the innings for Mumbai Indians.
In the second delivery of the inning, Boult dismissed Salt for four runs and made an early breakthrough. But Virat Kohli and Padikkal on the other hand made an aggressive start and dragged RCB to score 73 runs at the end of first powerplay.
