SRH vs MI Playing 11: Pat Cummins-led Sunrisers Hyderabad will square off against Hardik Pandya-led Mumbai Indians in the 41st match of the IPL 2025 season on April 23 at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium.
Hyderabad has two wins out of seven games in the ongoing season, having victories against the Rajasthan Royals and Punjab Kings. Meanwhile, they suffered defeats against Lucknow, Delhi, Kolkata and Punjab.
On the other hand, Mumbai Indians secured four wins out of eight games, having won against Kolkata, Delhi, Hyderabad and Chennai.

However they suffered defeats in the games against Chennai, Gujarat, Lucknow and Bengaluru. With Hyderabad placed in the ninth position, Mumbai Indians has secured 6th position of the IPL 2025 Points table.
Mumbai Indians won the toss and opted to bowl first. Speaking at the toss, Hardik Pandya said, Feels good (on the applause). I would like to pass my condolences to the victims of the terrorist attack.”
“We’ll bowl first. Looks like a good track, just one change for us – Vignesh comes in for Ashwani. We need to just execute our plans and take the game as simply as possible, plan properly.”
Meanwhile SRH captain Pat Cummins said, “One change for us – Shami goes out. It is a cause for optimism, we know this surface and ground really well. We’ve played some really good cricket this year. (On the Pahalgam terror attack) It has been heartbreaking for us as well, our thoughts are with the victims and their families.”
