The 18th edition of the Indian Premier League has kickstarted at the Eden Garden with an impressive speech from Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan.
BCCI planned to host an opening ceremony for the IPL 2025 season before the start of the first match at Eden Garden.
Shah Rukh Khan started the event with a terrific speech at the beginning while fans started to go crazy and made a huge roar from the stands. After Shah Rukh Khan’s impactful speech sent the crowd into a frenzy star singer Shreyas Ghosal pulled the crowd towards her with her lovely voice.
National Award-winning singer Shreya Ghoshal set the stage on fire as she sang one song each dedicated to all the 10 IPL franchises.
She started with her “Ami Je Tomar,” followed by the energetic “Ghoomar” and the empowering “Kar Har Maidaan Fateh”.
