PSL 2026 Points Table Format
Teams are split into two groups of four. Each team plays opponents in their group twice and teams in the opposite group once. The top four teams of the overall standings advance to the playoffs, using the page playoff system.
- Each team will be awarded 2 points for winning
- 1 point for a No Result match
- no points in case of losing the game
- If more than one team shares the same points, then based on NRR, the team with a higher run rate will get the privilege.
- In case the points and the net run rate are equal on the PSL 2025 Points Table. The team with the highest number of wins in the group stage will finish higher.
- If the above criteria are equal as well, then the team with fewer losses will finish higher in the table.
- If all the criteria remain equal. The result of the head-to-head between the two teams will determine the league’s position.
In any play-off match in which there is no result, a super over is used to determine the winner. If the super over is not possible or the result of the over is a tie, the team which finished in the highest league position at the end of the regular season is deemed the winner of the match.
