ZIM vs NZ 6th T20I Playing 11: Sikandar Raza-led Zimbabwe will square off against Mitchell Santner-led New Zealand in the 6th match of the Zimbabwe T20I Tri-Series 2025 on July 24 at Harare Sports Club, Harare.
New Zealand remains unbeaten in the ongoing series, claiming three out of three wins while Zimbabwe lost all three matches in the series.
The Blackcaps will be aiming to continue their winning streak by a win in the game against Zimbabwe.
New Zealand won the toss and opted to bat first. Speaking at the toss, Mitchell Santner said, “We will bat first. Used wicket, I think we will look to put runs on the board and put pressure on the.”
“A new challenge, setting a target has been a new challenge, 3rd wicket on this pitch and it could be slow. Everytime we play games leading up to a big tournament is good – we can get slow wickets in India and Sri Lanka. Four changes today for us.”

Meanwhile Sikandar Raza said, “Yes, happy to be bowling. Batting first has been challenging, we saw in the last game how tough it is to bat first. They wanted to bat ahead of the final, but it gives us a good chance to put pressure on them.”
“This game matters a lot, a win will help us change our culture and give confidence to the group. I have lost all tosses, but batting first in winter is always tough, the ball does a bit and you end up playing catching up,” he added.
“We have been up against two very good bowling sides, but I want the team to be collectively better. Just one change – Dion Myers comes in place of Wesley Madhvere,” Raza concluded.
