Kagiso Rabada Dismissed Tanzid Hasan in Second Over on 113 Chase at New York

South Africa’s bowler Kagiso Rabada Picked the wicket of Tanzid Hasan during the match against Bangladesh on June 10 at New York. Bangladesh is set to play in the 21st T20 World Cup 2024 match against South Africa on June 10 at Nassau County International Cricket Stadium.

With a target of 114 runs, Tanzid Hasan and Najmul Hossain Shanto opened the innings where the former was sent back to the dugout for 9 runs by Kagiso Rabada. Litton Das scored 9 runs while Shakib Al Hasan scored 3 runs before being dismissed by Keshav Maharaj and Nortje respectively.

With the dismissal of Najum Hossain Shanto, Bangladesh lost four wickets for 50 runs in the 10th over. Towhid Hridoy and Mahmudullah scored 37 and 20 runs and helped the side to give a fighting chance at New York stadium.

With the dismissal of Jaker Ali for 8 runs, Bangladesh lost 7 wickets for 109 runs and lost the match by a four-wicket difference.
