The 21-year-old Georgia Voll slammed her second WPL fifty during the 2025 season match between UP Warriorz and Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women on March 08 at Lucknow.
She went on slam back to back fifties after being dismissed on Duck in her WPL debut match. In three WPL matches, she has two fifties and has impressed the side after opening for UP Warriorz.
UP Warriorz who are playing their last group stage match of the WPL 2025 season has played only two wins out of seven matches. They will be aiming to finish the season with a win while RCB will be looking to win their last two games of the league stages aiming for a playoffs berth.
Batting first, openers Grace Harris and Georgia Voll were in hot form scoring 67 runs and recorded the highest powerplay runs of the season with Grace Harris scoring 30 and Voll scoring 34 runs to give a solid start for the side.
However Harris was dismissed on a runout in the first ball of the 8th over. After the dismissal of Harris for 39 runs, Kiran Navgire joined Voll to haunt RCB bowlers in the match.

Earlier, Royal Challengers Bengaluru has won the toss and opted to bowl. Speaking at the toss, RCB Women captain Smriti Mandhana said, “We would like to field first today. It was a good week off. We couldn’t play the way we wanted to in Bengaluru.”
“We had a good team bonding session. We have two changes – Charlie comes in for Danny, Meghana comes in for Ekta.”
“We have played some good cricket in the tournament but it is in patches, but hopefully we can play a complete game tonight.”
“We had a good chat about it, we were in a similar position in the last season and everyone has been calm and composed which is a good sign.”
Meanwhile, UPW Women captain Deepti Sharma said, “Today is a special day. But there is disappointment that we are not going further in the tournament.”
“We have two changes. We have picked our XIs according to the conditions and always tried to pick the best XI.”
“Yes, obviously Super Over (last time they played RCB), we can never forget that game and that is a good memory to have coming into the game.”
