The SLC has named the Sri Lanka squad for the three-match T20I series against Bangladesh, where all-rounders Dasun Shanaka and Chamika Karunaratne are slated to start on July 10.
The Lions are set to host a multi-series tour in Bangladesh tour of Sri Lanka 2025, where the hosts secured a 1-0 win in the test series. With the decision of the ODI series is set to be played tomorrow, the T20I series is set to begin on July 10.
Shanaka made his appearance in the T20I format for Sri Lanka, where he featured in the second match against India in July.
Meanwhile Chamika Karnunaratne had waited for more than two years. Meanwhile Pacer Eshan Malinga got his maiden callup in the shortest format of the game after his impressive showing for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League 2025.
He will be part of the four-man pace attack alongside Matheesha Pathirana, Nuwan Thushara and Binura Fernando.
The side will be led by Charith Asalanka which will be featuring Pathum Nissanka, Kusal Mendis, Kusal Perera, and many more stars.

The opening game will be played at Pallekele on Thursday while the second match will be played at Dambulla on Sunday and the final match will be played at R. Premadasa Stadium.
Meanwhile, both sides are involved in a three match ODI series where both sides secured a win each and will be aiming for a win in the final games to seal victory in the series.
