The cricketer turned commentator Ramiz Raja who currently commentating in the ongoing LPL 2023 made a huge praise over Babar Azam and went on to say “wanna marry him”.

Pakistan’s star batter Babar Azam who currently plays for Colombo Strikers in LPL 2023 leads the list of players with the most runs with an amassing 200+ runs in 4 games he played.

Babar Azam also becomes the first player to score a century in the ongoing Lanka Premier League 2023 edition. Ramiz Raja was all praise for Babar Azam when he smashed a match-winning century to guide Colombo Strikers to a seven-wicket win over Galle Titans on Monday.

“Fifty in security, class, and quality, calmness. He is your guy in such a situation, in the back deep in the innings. I just absolutely love him – wanna marry him,” Ramiz said while commentating during the match.

Colombo Strikers currently holds the 3rd spot in the LPL 2023 points table with a negative NRR of -0.020. Colombo Strikers will play their next game of the season against Jaffna Kings on August 8 at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium, Pallekele.

Following the conclusion of LPL 2023 on August 20, Babar Azam will lead the Pakistan cricket team to play 3 match ODI series against Afghanistan in Sri Lanka between August 22 to August 26.

The 3-match ODI series will lay a strong foundation for Pakistan’s preparation for the Asia Cup 2023 and World Cup 2023 events played in Sri Lanka and India respectively. Not only for Pakistan, the 3-match ODI series will also serve as the preparation camp for Afghanistan for the above-mentioned tournaments.

Asia Cup 2023 will begin on August 30 with the final game on September 17 scheduled to play at 4 venues in Sri Lanka and Pakistan. While the grand ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 will kickstart on October 5 with the final match on November 18.

All matches of the ICC Men’s ODI World Cup 2023 will be played at 10 venues across India.
