On the other hand, Punjab Kings has also secured four victories out of 11 matches they played. Punjab is looking for a victory on the home ground after they suffered a defeat in their previous encounter against CSK.
“Not easy to switch between red and white ball cricket. You need to give your 110% every ball here (in T20s),” said Mohammed Siraj.
“The wicket was probably slower than we thought, we expected a little more pace and bounce, it was pretty similar throughout the game. A couple of days off and we go against RCB in a few days time so we need to move on and stay headstrong,” said Sam Curran.
Currently, Royal Challengers Bengaluru is positioned in the 7th place while Punjab Kings secured 8th place in the IPL 2024 points table.
