- The International League T20 2025-26 will be played between six teams.
- The tournament follows a round robin in the group stage, with each team playing each other twice.
- A total of 34 matches across the tournament, which includes group stages and knockout stages.
- The top four teams in the ILT20 2025-26 points table will qualify for the playoffs.
- The qualifier 01 will be played between the 1st and 2nd test of the points table, while the 3rd and 4th placed teams will play in the Eliminators game.
- The loser of Qualifier 01 and the winner of the eliminator will be playing in Qualifier 02.
- The winner of Qualifier 02 will be playing in the finals to determine the winner.
