Sikandar Raza | Zimbabwe
Nice to be part of history. Credit to the fans as well for coming out in numbers. They got maybe 5-8 too many. Credit to Delany for the way he batted in the last over. Some mistakes here and there, but the most important thing is we’ve got over the line. I was upset that I didn’t finish the game.
Don’t want to leave it to the tailenders. There were a lot of good things done by the team, and I’m proud of the team. Just wanted to tell him (Madande) that if you remain positive, you’ll see the ball better and strike it better. What happens in the park, stays in the park. It was played in the right spirit.
