The top 4 teams of the TNPL 2023 points table will qualify to play the playoff round scheduled to play between July 7 to 10.

Chepauk Super Gillies and Lyca Kovai Kings were declared co-champions of the 2022 season as the match has been abandoned due to rain. Chepauk Super Gillies are also the most successful team after winning the title in 2017, 2019, and 2021.
