    Vitality Blast 2026 Fixtures: The 2026 T20 Blast will start on 22 May with the final match on 18 July 2026. The 24th edition of the T20 Blast (currently known as the Vitality Blast for sponsorship reasons) will be played in a group-stage and knockout format, with a total of 115 matches between 18 participating teams.

    The 18 participants have been divided into six teams of three groups namely the North Group, Central Group and South Group.

    • North Group: Derbyshire Falcons, Durham, Lancashire Lightning, Leicestershire Foxes, Notts Outlaws, Yorkshire
    • Central Group: Glamorgan, Gloucestershire, Northamptonshire Steelbacks, Somerset, Warwickshire Bears, Worcestershire Rapids
    • South Group: Essex, Hampshire Hawks, Kent Spitfires, Middlesex, Surrey, Sussex Sharks

    Vitality Blast 2026 Fixtures

    As per Vitality Blast 2026 fixtures, the defending champions Somerset will play the first match of the season against Hampshire Hawks on the opening Friday night at Cooper Associates County Ground, Taunton.

    Leicestershire Foxes, Hampshire Hawks and Somerset are the most successful teams of the tournament, having registered their names in the T20 blast winners’ list three times each.

    Vitality Blast Men’s Competition Fixtures 2026

    The Vitality Blast Men’s Competition will consist of 12 group-stage matches, with three groups of six, which has allowed schedulers to place 80 per cent of group-stage fixtures in fan-friendly slots on a Friday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday.

    The total number of back-to-back matches in the Vitality Blast Men’s Competition has been reduced to six, which is down from more than 50 two years ago, while there is just one in the Vitality Blast Women’s Competition.
