The CWI has unveiled a 15-member West Indies squad for the Pakistan ODIs, which is set to begin on August 08.
The Men in Green secured a 2-1 win in the T20I series of the Pakistan tour of the West Indies 2025.
West Indies will be aiming to continue to momentum on their side, aiming for a fourth consecutive ODI series win at home. The squad features players who contributed to recent successful campaigns against England and Bangladesh in 2024.
Speaking on the squad announcement, West Indies coach Daren Sammy said, “Pakistan presents a different test and challenge as we continue our push for automatic qualification for the 2027 World Cup. While qualifying is our immediate goal, maintaining a winning mentality and team cohesion is essential for long-term success.”

“The upcoming matches against teams like Pakistan, who are ranked higher, provide crucial opportunities to earn valuable ranking points to improve our standing ahead of the World Cup,” he added.
However, Romario Shepherd is a notable return in the squad while Alzarri Joseph has been rested as a part of Workload management.
West Indies has also given opportunities to youngsters Jediah Blades and Jewel Andrew, aiming to develop a balanced side for the future.
The ODI series will be played on August 08, 10, and 12 with all games to be played at Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Tarouba, Trinidad.
