Irish all-rounder Curtis Campher has replaced Gudakesh Motie in the Multan Sultans squad for the remainder of the PSL 2025 season.
The right-arm pacer Curtis Campher brings in valuable experience, having played 96 T20 matches and amassed 1433 runs and 67 wickets. He has featured in Seven Tests, 43 ODIs and 61 T20Is for Ireland.
Meanwhile Gudakesh Motie has moved away from the squad and returned to Guyana due to a domestic commitment. Sultan remains hopeful he will be returning in the later part of the tournament.
Multan Sultans’ led by Mohammad Rizwan, had a tough start of their PSL 2025 campaign, losing all three of their matches so far and currently sitting at the bottom of the PSL 2025 points table.

They suffered a four wicket defeat against Karachi Kings, and suffered a 47-run defeat at the head of the Islamabad United.
The third fixture against Peshawa Zalmi featured a 120-run defeat deepening their poor form in the season. Multan will be facing Lahore Qalandars on April 22 at Multan Cricket Stadium.
Meanwhile, Matthew Shore has been nursing an injury from the start of the PSL. Despite a statement from Islamabad United said he had shown “encouraging signs of recovery”, but felt discomfort during training sessions.
Islamabad United have enjoyed an impressive start to the tournament, winning each of their first four games so far and secured top position in the PSL 2025 points table.
