The Batting All-rounder Chinelle Henry smashed her fastest WPL fifty during the match against DC played on February 22.
After struggling to keep wickets in the crease, UP Warriorz is rebuilding its innings during the WPL 2025 match against Meg Lanning’s side.
Chinelly Henry smashed her maiden WPL fifty against DC Women aiming to revive the side from dismissals. Making her WPL debut in the season, she has played two matches and had 65 runs.
Henry has played 62 T20I matches for the side and scored 473 runs in 53 innings and picked 22 wickets for the side.
Batting first, UP Warriorz aimed for a solid start but they lost the wickets of Vrinda Dinesh and Kiran Navgire for 38 runs. With the middle order collapsed with regular dismissals, Chinelle Henry came up with a much-needed fifty in the match.

With her impressive knock, UP Warriorz went on to score 177 runs in their 20 over innings. Jess Jonassen had troubled Warriorz picking four wickets in her four over quota.
Marizanne Kapp and Arundhati Reddy bagged two wickets each while Shikha Pandey had one to haunt Warriorz line up at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.
“We’re going to have a bowl. Same team. We feel that we improved in the last game and looking to do the same tonight,” said Meg Lanning at the toss.
“Feel like the pitch will suit our game. Nice to get back on the winning side of things. Have to play well again tonight.”
