The league has confirmed that a Bollywood star and a renowned musician will be the main attractions at the high-anticipation event, setting the stage for an electrifying start.
The opening ceremony will take place at the Kotambi Stadium in Vadodara, featuring none other than the talented Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana.
His performance is expected to create an electric atmosphere, setting the perfect tone for what promises to be a thrilling season of women’s T20 cricket.

Joining Ayushmann on stage will be Madhubanti Bagchi, an accomplished musician whose passion for music has been evident since she was nine years old. The supremely gifted singer recent took the music industry by storm with her virat song “Aaj ki Raat.”
Her inclusion in the opening ceremony will add a grand celebration in the event. The third season WPL 2025 will be played between from February 14 to March 15, will feature five teams competing across cities – Vadodara, Bengaluru, Lucknow and Mumbai.
With the tournament is set to begin on February 14, defending champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Gujarat Giants will be clashing in the opener match at Vadodara International Cricket Stadium.
