The all-rounder Nitish Reddy has received medical clearance from the BCCI’s Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru to feature in the IPL 2025 season.
He is anticipated to join the SRH squad at their pre-tournament camp, which begins on Sunday. After passed the yo-yo test on Saturday morning after a recovery from a side strain that he picked up during the T20I series against England last month.
According to reports, he scored 18 points, surpassing the minimum requirement of 16.5 in the test.
Nitish Reddy featured in a practice game on Friday, where he is understood to have bowled full tilt without any discomfort. The BCCI medical panel had carefully handled with care as the rehab took more than three weeks originally forecast.
