Punjab Kings or PBKS is one of the few teams who still fails to fulfil their dream of lifting their maiden Indian Premier League(IPL) title. Founded in 2008 as Kings XI Punjab, the Mullanpur, Mohali, Punjab-based franchise changed their name to Punjab Kings in 2021.
Since their maiden appearance in IPL 2008, Punjab Kings have never won the IPL title and their best came out in 2014 when they ended as runner-up of the tournament after losing the final against KKR.
Apart from forming a formidable team for the tournament, the franchise will put immense effort into forming the support staff unit.
