As per the BBL 2025-26 schedule, the 15th edition of the tournament will be played between December 14, 2025 and January 25, 2026.
A total of 44 matches will be played between 8 participating teams. The 44-match count includes 40 league games, the Qualifier, Knockout, Challenger, and Final.
Perth Scorchers has been the most successful team with 5 titles in the tournament. Hobart Hurricanes secured their maiden title after defeating Sydney Sixers by 54 runs in the finals of the 2024 edition.
Meanwhile Sydney Sixers have won three titles, while, Brisbane Heat has two titles. Sydney Thunder, Adelaide Strikers, Melbourne Renegades and Hobart Hurricanes secured one title each. Only the Melbourne Stars are the only side have not won the title.
Big Bash League 2025-26
A total of 8 teams will compete in 44 games in the tournament to determine the winner of the edition.
Perth Scorchers have registered their name five times in the BBL winners list, making them the most successful franchise in the tournament. Cricket fans can book BBL 2025-26 tickets to catch their favourite player/team live in action, which is available online.
