Marck Espejo has joined TSG Skyhawks in the Taiwan Professional Volleyball League after a banner year with Alas Pilipinas.
Espejo joined club on Wednesday, as he is set to debut in Taiwan, the fifth country he’ll serve as an important.
“When it comes to his own qualities, Marck sees himself as energetic and capable of active communication on the field, as well as a strong competitive desire to drive team strength and motivation, whether in training or competition.”
“He also mentioned that serving and receiving are the most part he can contribute to the team and will try to help the team in every way and contribute to the team in any way,” the team wrote.
The former UAAP MVP out of Ateneo is expected to debut in the coming days in the ongoing league, which will run until May.

Marck Espejo will boost Skyhawks, who are currently second in the standings with an 18-12 record behind Bryan Bagunas’ former team Taichung WinSteak (28-2).
The 10-year national team veteran led Alas in a historic FIVB World Championship stint, highlighted by his game-winning block against Egypt. He scored 30 points to complete a comeback win over Vietnam and finish with bronze in the 33rd Southeast Asian Games.
Marck Espejo becomes the second Filipino import in Taiwan, following Bagunas, who emerged as the league MVP and champion with WinStreak in 2023.
The 28-year old Criss Cross, has seen action in Japan with three clubs over three seasons, as well as stints in Thailand and Bahrain. He also played in South Korea, where he won the Korean V-League title with Incheon Korean Air Jumbos in 2023-24 season.
