Player of the Match
Jason Holder | West Indies
For me, it’s just about consistency, I looked at how the two new ball bowlers bowled. I just wanted to hit a length, the pitch was two-paced, so I didn’t want to be too full or too short.
The two wickets I took and the wicket Shamar got put us ahead, I didn’t try anything different, with no big / small sides to bowl; I just attacked the stumps.
I just wanted to understand the conditions and stay a step ahead of the opposition. I just wanted to keep up and execute my plans, forcing batters into mistakes.
